LimitManager

How does Limit Manager Work
1

Limit Manager works be taking a regular, automated feed of data from your accounts receivables system. If you use one of the popular, mid-market accounts receivables packages such as Sage, Pegasus, Microsoft Navision, MYOB, Intuit Quickbooks or Access Dimensions then extractor technology can automate this process. Alternatively you can setup your own data extract routines and send the data to us.

1

Once the automated link has been established, we validate your customer details against a third party database and associate each of your customer records with its corresponding legal business entity. Much of this is done automatically, but you will need to check that we have correctly matched your customer records and you will need to manually match any customer records that we have not been able to automatically match.

1

We initially take a 12 month trading history from your accounts receivables system, followed by subsequent daily changes. This trading history enables us to set accurate trading experience scores against each of your customers and to set trading experience based customer credit limits from day one.

2

Where trading experience alone cannot justify the required customer credit limit, limit decisions can be based on a combination of trading experience and weekly updated D&B data. Credit limits can also be manually overridden with your own internal credit decisions.
